Excessive or inconsistent gaps, missing or damaged seals and unsuitable thresholds can affect the performance of the assembly. We assess the location and nature of the issue, then set out repairs that are supported by the doorset or component information available.
Damage to the leaf or frame, unapproved penetrations, glazing issues and previous alterations need careful review. Some defects can be repaired; others may require specialist advice or replacement. We explain the recommended route before proceeding.

We separate repairable items from doors needing more information or possible replacement.
We plan and complete the agreed adjustments, repairs and component upgrades.
On completion of the agreed component upgrades, you will receive a certificate recording the work carried out and confirming that the door or doors meet the agreed compliance requirements at the time of completion.
